Gervontes Davis, a 25-year-old woman from Louisiana, posted on Reddit in January that she had been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and that her son, Gervin, had autism spectrum disorders.
In her story, Davis said she was given a diagnosis of autism spectrum syndromes in 2016.
She said her son has been diagnosed since January and that she has been getting multiple visits with her doctor.
The post received over 50,000 upvotes and nearly 6,500 comments.
In the post, Davis wrote that the birth was one of the most difficult experiences of her life.
Davis said she and her husband, Sean Davis, were getting ready to get married in January.
She told the story that her doctor had told her about her son’s autism spectrum diagnosis, which came as a shock to her.
She said her parents were very supportive of her and told her that if anything happened, it would be the fault of the autism diagnosis.
“It’s really scary and frustrating and upsetting and frustrating for us and for our family,” Davis said.
She explained that her parents have been in a relationship for two years.
She described the emotional turmoil that came with being diagnosed with a disorder and the lack of support she had received.
The post has since been shared thousands of times and received thousands of upvotes.
In her account, Davis shared how she got to know her son and her new life.
Davis said that her husband also had autism, but they were diagnosed and were not aware of the disorder.
Davis told the Reddit AMA that her experience was different from other parents who have autism.
“In many cases we have a very close relationship with our children, so it was hard for them to get to know us and be around us,” Davis told the subreddit.
“It was hard to know them.”
Davis said that she was also not able to tell her son that he was different because he had autism.
She also shared how her husband was diagnosed with ADHD.
“He had ADHD and he had been in treatment for a long time, and he was able to get the attention and therapy that he needed,” Davis explained.
Davis has been a part of Reddit for over five years and has more than 13,000 subscribers.
